It all starts with a phone call. Have you ever called a business

only to feel your call was unwanted? At Keystone Quality

Transport, we want this initial contact to be a good experience

where a caller is respected and listened to with patience and

understanding. We look for call takers that have this ability as

well as help guide the caller to the proper solutions for their

           transport needs.

What are the duties of a call taker?

Keystone Quality Transport has call takers staffing our

           communications center 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. A call

taker must answer calls quickly and give each caller the courtesy

they deserve with personal attention and real solutions to their

transport needs. A call taker will receive on the job training so

they can understand the various methods of transportation,

understand various insurances, how to enter information into

our dispatch system, and how to problem solve when things do

not go as planned. Call takers work in our communication center

in Springfield, PA along with our dispatchers and billing
