   Keystone has developed an effective and positive customer-oriented culture during its sixteen-plus years as a medical transportation provider. We are a vibrant service company with opportunities in all areas of the organization! Keystone has a need for caring and professional EMTs, Paramedics, Drivers Dispatchers, Billers, and Call-takers. Flexible scheduling is an important guideline for our managing of the needs of our customers (24 hours per day) and the needs of our employees. An effective balance is almost always possible.

 

   We are proud of the growing number of employees who have been with us for over 10 years! Many of our Supervisors and Managers began their careers with Keystone in direct service positions before taking advantage of the opportunities for greater responsibilities and advancement!

 

   A job at Keystone can also serve as a great introduction to health care for individuals who are thinking about pursuing higher levels of medical education! We believe strongly in the importance of education for everyone throughout their lives. Our Tuition Reimbursement Program has helped many employees along this critical path. Keystone has numerous “graduates” who have moved on to become successful Nurses, Paramedics, Surgical Techs and even Physicians!
